Created in October 2019 by Directors Katy Davies & Nigel Allen who wanted to create a business which centres around a comprehensive and transparent approach to recruitment.
We are not a “typical” recruitment company, Agrecruiting Staff becomes a true partner with our clients by really getting to know them and how they work, unlike most recruitment companies our first aim is to guarantee that we respect the values of our clients, we believe only in this way can we find the most suitable candidates for your roles, allowing for greater retention of staff. We support your long-term business objectives with advice and support on a number of recruitment topics including retention and company culture.
We provide first class advertising services; we only advertise your jobs to the most relevant of candidates. We are not interested in having the largest candidate base or the most followers on social media, we are only interested in ensuring that all our candidates and followers are the most suitable and relevant for the jobs our clients are looking to fill!
For a more bespoke and comprehensive service we also undertake head hunting services which allows us to specifically target the most suitable candidates and discuss the opportunities with them, we have built relationships with individuals allowing us to discuss roles in a confidential and friendly way.
In addition to the traditional advertising and head-hunting services we also offer business support solutions, no matter your requirement we want to be there to support our clients in the most comprehensive way.
